We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards for all your purchases. Both payment methods are secure and available at checkout.
You can modify your order or delivery address as long as it hasn't yet been shipped. To make this change, please contact our customer support team, who will be happy to assist you.
Delivery & Tracking
We prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible. Delivery is then guaranteed within 5 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. These delivery times apply to mainland France and the countries available for order.
Delivery costs €7.70 per order, for fast and secure shipping.
Advantage+ subscription members enjoy free delivery on all their orders, with no minimum purchase required.
As soon as your package is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. You can also find all your orders and their status directly in your customer account.
If your package is delayed beyond the stated delivery time, or if it arrives damaged, please contact our customer service department and provide your order number. We analyze each situation individually and do everything we can to find a quick solution.
Returns & Refunds
Yes. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item, provided it is in its original condition (unused, packaging intact). To initiate a return, contact our customer service or consult our return policy .
Once your return has been received and validated by our team, the refund will be processed within 14 days . It will be issued via the same payment method used for the original order.
You can request to cancel your subscription via this form or by contacting our team directly. Any request received before the 15th of the month will be processed for the current month.
Products
If the product you received does not match your order or is defective, please contact us immediately, attaching a photo of the product and your order number. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, according to your preference, at no additional cost to you.
Every product offered on Ecolizo is carefully selected. We prioritize durable materials, meticulous finishes, and items designed to last. If, despite our best efforts, a product doesn't meet your expectations, our return policy is there to protect you.
