Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the website.
The website Ecolizo.com (hereinafter, "the Website") belongs to Jinhua Binduo Trading Co., LTD (Company Registration No.: 91330702MA2K0AXF9X), (hereinafter, "the Company") and is hosted by Cloudways LLC (hereinafter, "the Host"). The Host provides the online e-commerce platform enabling the sale of our products and services.
By accepting these general conditions, you declare that you are at least of the age of majority in your State or province of residence, or that you consent to the use of the Website by a minor.
1. Object
These general terms and conditions of sale aim to:
- Define the contractual relationship between "DaDrH SRL", a company with its registered office at Rue Joseph Bertaux 4, 6040 Jumet, Belgium, AND Jinhua Binduo Trading Co., LTD (hereinafter, "the Seller") with its registered office at Room 125, No 938, Taoyuan Road, Wucheng District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China, and the buyer;
- Define the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Website, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. If so, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the buyer's order.
The sale, when concluded, takes place between the seller and the buyer, excluding DaDrH SRL which only makes the website available and manages it.
By accessing and using the Website in any way, including browsing it, creating an account or contributing to content, you expressly understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
By accepting these Terms of Use, the buyer declares to have reached the age of majority in the State where they reside. The use of our products for illegal or unauthorised purposes is prohibited.
2. Characteristics of goods and services offered
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the Company's website and are offered by a duly identified Seller who assumes responsibility for them, excluding DaDrH SRL.
These products are offered for sale subject to available stock.
Photographs and colours of products illustrated on the website, provided by the Seller under their responsibility, cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly regarding colours.
3. Prices
On the payment page, the main price is displayed along with VAT. However, in certain cases, VAT, other taxes, customs duties and/or fees charged by your destination country will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer.
In the event of an error on the VAT, this may be subject to regularisation in accordance with the applicable rules.
The prices indicated do not include order processing, shipping and delivery fees where applicable.
4. Geographic area
The Company reserves the right, without being obligated to, to restrict the sale of its products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, or to limit the quantities sold.
5. Orders
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate information and to confirm the information and content related to the various items they wish to purchase before submitting an order.
It is assumed that the buyer has complete knowledge and understanding of the details of the items they purchase at the time of order submission. The Company cannot be held responsible for problems arising after the sale resulting from misinterpretation of the information and related content on the Website.
Once items are selected, they will be added to the buyer's cart. The buyer must then:
- Complete the identification form with all requested details or provide their customer number if they have one;
- Validate their order after checking it;
- Make payment under the conditions provided;
- Confirm their order and payment.
The Company is not responsible if information available on the Website is not accurate, complete or current.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order. It may, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or with the same customer account, the same credit card and/or orders using the same billing and/or delivery address.
The buyer confirms they are not a trader or placing an order for resale purposes.
In the event of modification or cancellation of an order, the Company will attempt to inform the buyer by contacting the email address and/or billing address / phone number provided at the time of the order. It reserves the right to limit or prohibit orders that appear to have been placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
Order confirmation entails acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge thereof, and waiver of any right to invoke the buyer's own purchase conditions or other conditions.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. The confirmation shall serve as signature and acceptance of operations carried out between the buyer and the seller, excluding DaDrH SRL.
The Company will communicate by email confirmation of the registered order.
6. Links with third parties
The Company may provide buyers with access to third-party tools or payment methods over which it has no control or influence and which buyers choose to use under their own responsibility in accordance with the conditions established by said third parties.
Therefore, no liability arises on the part of the Company. Any use by you of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and you must ensure that you know and accept the conditions under which the tools are provided by the relevant third-party suppliers.
Certain content, products and services available through the Company's service may include elements from third parties or content displayed by third parties on web pages. URL links on the Website may direct you to third-party websites that are not affiliated with the Company.
The Company is not responsible for any harm or damage related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content or any other transaction made in connection with third-party websites.
Please carefully review the policies and practices of any third party and make sure you understand them before engaging in any transaction. Complaints, concerns or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party in question.
7. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
In the event of information containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, prices, promotions, offers, product shipping costs, transit times and availability, the Company reserves the right to correct, modify, update the information or cancel orders if the information in the service or on any associated website is inaccurate, at any time and without notice (including after order submission).
8. Right of withdrawal
Buyers who are natural persons acting in a non-professional capacity benefit, with respect to the seller, from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from receipt of their order to return the product to the seller for a penalty-free refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Termination
If, in the Company's opinion, customers fail to comply with or are suspected of not having complied with any of the terms or provisions of these Terms of Service, the Company may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, as may the seller, and you will remain liable for all amounts owed up to and including the date of termination.
10. Payment terms
Payments made via the Website are made by credit card: Visa and MasterCard.
To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, the buyer's credit card details are encrypted.
Once the order is received, the Company requests a pre-authorisation on the card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
11. Shipments
The Company handles sales but is not responsible for the shipment of products ordered through the Website. The Seller ships products primarily from China. The transport of goods is entrusted to logistics chosen by the seller.
Products are shipped directly to the customer's home address.
12. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated at the time of purchase confirmation, which must be within the agreed geographic area.
The delivery time differs depending on the processing time, order verification and quality control during the 24 to 48 hours following order confirmation and production. Production and delivery are indicated at the time of payment; it may vary between 5 to 15 business days.
The Seller aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, during specific periods, deliveries may take longer. Due to customs and/or geopolitical constraints, the delivery time may be longer than usual. All necessary special precautions regarding order processing and security are taken into account.
When the parcel is delivered to the carrier, it is considered to have been delivered to the buyer; the risk of loss or damage is transferred from the seller to the buyer. In the event of damage during transport, the motivated claim must be filed with the carrier within three days of delivery. The Seller's liability is no longer engaged; that of DaDrH SRL, which is not a party to the sale, is in any case excluded.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract with the Seller may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
However, in the event of a delivery problem or other issue, the Company undertakes to do everything in its power to contact the seller and/or carrier in order to resolve the situation.
13. Reviews and comments
If the buyer submits certain specific submissions or proposals, such as contest entries, or if, without our request, the customer submits creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, designs or other materials, online, by email, post or otherwise, the customer agrees that the Company may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and use in any way, on any medium, the comments submitted to it, and waives any claim to intellectual property rights, payment or compensation. The Company is under no obligation to keep comments confidential, to pay compensation for any comment, or to respond to any comment.
Comments are the responsibility of their author. The Company may, without being obligated to, monitor, modify or delete content it deems illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable, or that violates intellectual property rights or these Terms of Use.
The buyer agrees that comments may not violate the rights of others, including copyright, trademarks, privacy, personality or any other personal or property rights. Comments will not contain defamatory or otherwise illegal, offensive or obscene content, computer viruses or malware that could affect the operation of the website, or any commercial, religious or political advertising or solicitation.
The buyer may not use a false email address, false identity, pretend to be someone other than themselves, or mislead about any of the information concerning them (age, trader status or otherwise, gender, location, etc.).
The buyer is solely responsible for the comments they make and their accuracy. The Company assumes no responsibility for comments posted by the customer or others.
14. Warranty
In the event of a complaint about your order, please contact our customer service by email at contact@ecolizo.com as soon as possible upon receipt of your parcel, to enable the Company to inform the Seller and/or Carrier if applicable.
The warranty given by the Seller can no longer be exercised more than 30 days after the date of receipt.
In the event of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned to the Seller who will refund it.
Any complaint regarding an order will be impossible more than 60 days from the invoice date.
15. Liability
In online sales, the Seller assumes responsibility. The Company, which is limited to making available the platform hosted by Cloudways LLC, is bound by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet network, access to third-party content, a network or configuration problem such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption or other involuntary problems.
16. Personal data
The submission of personal information through the website is governed by the privacy policy.
17. Intellectual property
All information and content related to items displayed on the Website, including price, details, dimensions, weight, descriptions and item specifications, are translated by us from information obtained from the Seller's sources. The items or related information are not owned, manufactured, sold or approved by the Seller.
The collection, arrangement and assembly of all Website content belongs exclusively to the Company.
18. Dispute resolution
If disputes arising from this agreement cannot be resolved within 30 days of their occurrence, the disputing parties agree to submit these disputes to Belgian law and Belgian courts.
19. Applicable law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to Belgian law. If the buyer is a resident of a country in the European Union, they also benefit from the rights protecting them under the mandatory provisions of the law and the applicable provisions of the country of residence.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTC") govern the rights and obligations of DaDrH SRL (hereinafter referred to as "DaDrH SRL") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customers") in connection with the sale of products available on the website Ecolizo.com (hereinafter the "Website").
The complete contact details of DaDrH SRL are accessible on the Website.
The GTC in force at the time of the order apply. Any new version will be brought to the Customer's attention before order validation. If the Customer disagrees with the new GTC, they shall refrain from finalising their order.
2. Definitions
- Customer: Any adult natural person (18 years of age or older) placing an order on the Website for personal use.
- Order: Purchase of products by the Customer, in accordance with the terms set out in these GTC.
- Products: Items offered for sale on the Website.
- Personal Data: Customer's personal information, collected and processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
- Privacy Charter: Privacy policy available on the Website.
- DaDrH SRL: The company operating the Website, registered under BE1020.028.442, with its registered office at Rue Joseph Bertaux 4, 6040 Jumet, Belgium.
3. Product presentation
The characteristics of the Products available on the Website are presented in detail to enable the Customer to make their choice before any order.
4. Orders
4.1. Geographic area
Deliveries are limited to Belgium, Metropolitan France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.
4.2. Order validity
Orders are exclusively intended for personal use. Any order suspected of being for commercial use (large quantities, resale) may be refused by DaDrH SRL.
4.3. Order process
- Select the product(s) on the Website by clicking "Add to cart".
- Enter your delivery and billing details.
- Accept these GTC by ticking the dedicated box.
- Proceed to payment by credit card.
- An order is considered final after payment confirmation.
4.4. Confirmation
A written confirmation is sent by email to the Customer after the order is validated. A second email is sent at the time of dispatch.
5. Product availability
Orders are fulfilled subject to available stock. In case of unavailability:
- Either the Customer is informed before the order is finalised.
- Or, after validation, a refund is made within 30 days.
6. Prices and payment
Product prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Payment is exclusively accepted by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard) via a secure platform. No other payment method is accepted.
DaDrH SRL never accesses Customers' banking information and declines all responsibility in the event of fraudulent use.
7. Delivery
7.1. Terms
Delivery is deemed completed when the parcel is handed to the Customer. It is recommended to check the condition of the parcel upon receipt and to make reservations, or even refuse the parcel, if damage is noted.
7.2. Timescales
Estimated delivery times are indicated at the time of the order. The majority of our orders are delivered within 5 to 7 business days. In the event of a delay exceeding 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order and will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of their request.
7.3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs are specified at the time of the order. Delivery is free for subscribers to our Exclusive Offer. For non-subscribed customers, shipping costs amount to €7.70.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L. 221-18 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving reasons. This period begins from the receipt of the product or the last product in the event of split delivery.
To exercise this right, the Customer must send the withdrawal form (see Annex 2) or a clear declaration by email or postal mail.
The Customer must return the products in their original condition (unused, complete). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective, damaged upon receipt, non-compliant with the order, or in the event of an error on our part. A refund will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
9. Legal guarantees
Products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).

Personal Data collected during the order is processed in accordance with the Privacy Charter available on the Website.

12.1. Correspondence
Exchanges are made primarily by email, which shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

If a clause of the GTC is invalidated, the other provisions remain applicable.
12.3. Headings
Section headings are for guidance purposes only.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These GTC are subject to Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, the Customer may:
- Use mediation via the European online dispute resolution platform.
- Refer the matter to the competent courts.
