Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using the website. By accessing or using any part of the website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not access or use the website.
The website Ecolizo.com (hereinafter, "the Website") belongs to Jinhua Binduo Trading Co., LTD (Company Registration No.: 91330702MA2K0AXF9X), (hereinafter, "the Company") and is hosted by Cloudways LLC (hereinafter, "the Host"). The Host provides the online e-commerce platform enabling the sale of our products and services.
By accepting these general conditions, you declare that you are at least of the age of majority in your State or province of residence, or that you consent to the use of the Website by a minor.
1. Object
These general terms and conditions of sale aim to:
- Define the contractual relationship between "DaDrH SRL", a company with its registered office at Rue Joseph Bertaux 4, 6040 Jumet, Belgium, AND Jinhua Binduo Trading Co., LTD (hereinafter, "the Seller") with its registered office at Room 125, No 938, Taoyuan Road, Wucheng District, Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, China, and the buyer;
- Define the conditions applicable to any purchase made through the Website, whether the buyer is a professional or a consumer.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. If so, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the buyer's order.
The sale, when concluded, takes place between the seller and the buyer, excluding DaDrH SRL which only makes the website available and manages it.
By accessing and using the Website in any way, you expressly understand, acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
By accepting these Terms of Use, the buyer declares to have reached the age of majority in the State where they reside. The use of our products for illegal or unauthorised purposes is prohibited.
2. Characteristics of services offered
The products and services offered are those listed in the catalogue published on the Company's website and are offered by a duly identified Seller who assumes responsibility for them, excluding DaDrH SRL.
These products are offered for sale subject to available stock.
Photographs and colours of products illustrated on the website, provided by the Seller under their responsibility, cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly regarding colours.
3. Prices
On the payment page, the main price is displayed along with VAT. However, in certain cases, VAT, other taxes, customs duties and/or fees charged by your destination country will be the responsibility of the buyer.
The Company reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price listed in the catalogue on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the buyer.
In the event of an error on the VAT, this may be subject to regularisation in accordance with the applicable rules.
The prices indicated do not include order processing, shipping and delivery fees where applicable.
4. Geographic area
The Company reserves the right, without being obligated to, to restrict the sale of its products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, or to limit the quantities sold.
5. Orders and subscriptions
It is the buyer's responsibility to provide complete and accurate information and to confirm the information related to the items they wish to purchase before submitting an order.
It is assumed that the buyer has complete knowledge and understanding of the details of the items at the time of order submission. The Company cannot be held responsible for problems arising after the sale resulting from misinterpretation of information on the Website.
Once items are selected, they will be added to the buyer's cart. The buyer must then:
- Complete the identification form with all requested details or provide their customer number if they have one;
- Validate their order after checking it;
- Make payment under the conditions provided;
- Confirm their order and payment.
The Company is not responsible if information on the Website is not accurate, complete or current.
The Company reserves the right to refuse any order and may, at its sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
The buyer confirms they are not a trader or placing an order for resale purposes.
In the event of modification or cancellation of an order, the Company will attempt to inform the buyer by contacting the email address and/or billing address / phone number provided at the time of order.
Order confirmation entails acceptance of these terms of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge thereof, and waiver of any right to invoke the buyer's own conditions.
All data provided and the recorded confirmation shall constitute proof of the transaction. The Company will send email confirmation of the registered order.
6. Links with third parties
The Company may provide buyers with access to third-party tools or payment methods over which it has no control or influence and which buyers choose to use at their own responsibility.
Therefore, no liability arises on the part of the Company. Any use by you of third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.
Certain content, products and services available through the Company's service may include elements from third parties. URL links on the Website may direct you to third-party websites not affiliated with the Company.
The Company is not responsible for any harm or damage related to the purchase or use of goods, services, or any other transaction made in connection with third-party websites.
Please carefully review the policies and practices of any third party before engaging in any transaction. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party in question.
7. Errors, inaccuracies and omissions
In the event of information containing typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions, the Company reserves the right to correct, modify, update the information or cancel orders at any time and without notice (including after order submission).
8. Right of withdrawal
Buyers who are natural persons acting in a non-professional capacity benefit from a withdrawal period of fourteen days from receipt of their order to return the product to the seller for a penalty-free refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

9. Termination
If, in the Company's opinion, customers fail to comply with any of the terms or provisions of these Terms of Service, the Company may terminate this agreement at any time, without notice, as may the seller, and you will remain liable for all amounts owed up to and including the date of termination.
10. Payment terms
Payments made via the Website are made by credit card: Visa and MasterCard.
To minimise the risk of unauthorised access, the buyer's credit card details are encrypted.
Once the order is received, the Company requests a pre-authorisation on the card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction.
11. Shipments
The Company handles sales but is not responsible for the shipment of products ordered through the Website. The Seller ships products primarily from China. The transport of goods is entrusted to logistics chosen by the seller.
Products are shipped directly to the customer's home address.
12. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated at the time of purchase confirmation, within the agreed geographic area.
The delivery time varies depending on processing time, order verification and quality control during the 24 to 48 hours following order confirmation. It may vary between 5 to 15 business days.
The Seller aims to deliver orders as quickly as possible. However, during specific periods, deliveries may take longer. Due to customs and/or geopolitical constraints, the delivery time may be longer than usual.
When the parcel is delivered to the carrier, it is considered to have been delivered to the buyer; the risk of loss or damage is transferred from the seller to the buyer. In the event of damage during transport, the motivated claim must be filed with the carrier within three days of delivery.
Delivery times are given for information purposes only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer refunded.
However, in the event of a delivery problem, the Company undertakes to do everything in its power to contact the seller and/or carrier in order to resolve the situation.
13. Reviews and comments
If the buyer submits specific contributions or, without our request, creative ideas, suggestions, proposals or designs, they agree that the Company may edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and use in any way the comments submitted, and waives any intellectual property claims, payment or compensation. The Company is under no obligation to keep comments confidential or to respond to any comment.
Comments are the responsibility of their author. The Company may monitor, modify or delete content it deems illegal, offensive, threatening, defamatory, pornographic or otherwise objectionable.
The buyer agrees that comments may not violate the rights of others. Comments will not contain illegal, offensive, or obscene content, computer viruses, or any commercial, religious or political advertising.
The buyer may not use a false email address, false identity, or mislead about any information concerning them.
The buyer is solely responsible for the comments they make and their accuracy.
14. Warranty
In the event of a complaint about your order, please contact our customer service by email at contact@ecolizo.com as soon as possible upon receipt of your parcel.
The warranty given by the Seller can no longer be exercised more than 30 days after the date of receipt.
In the event of non-conformity of a sold product, it may be returned to the Seller who will refund it.
Any complaint regarding an order will be impossible more than 60 days from the invoice date.
15. Liability
In online sales, the Seller assumes responsibility. The Company, which is limited to making available the platform hosted by Cloudways LLC, is bound by an obligation of means; its liability cannot be engaged for damage resulting from the use of the Internet, access to third-party content, a network or configuration problem such as data loss, intrusion, viruses, service interruption or other involuntary problems.
16. Personal data
The submission of personal information through the website is governed by the privacy policy.
17. Intellectual property
All information and content related to items displayed on the Website, including price, details, dimensions, weight, descriptions and specifications, are translated by us from information obtained from the Seller's sources. The items or related information are not owned, manufactured, sold or approved by the Seller.
The collection, arrangement and assembly of all Website content belongs exclusively to the Company.
18. Dispute resolution
If disputes arising from this agreement cannot be resolved within 30 days of their occurrence, the disputing parties agree to submit these disputes to Belgian law and Belgian courts.
19. Applicable law
This agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to Belgian law. If the buyer is a resident of a country in the European Union, they also benefit from the rights protecting them under the mandatory provisions of the law and the applicable provisions of the country of residence.
1. Legal information and scope of the GTS
These General Terms of Service (hereinafter "GTS") define the rights and obligations of DaDrH SRL (hereinafter referred to as "DaDrH SRL") and its subscribers (hereinafter referred to as "Subscribers") regarding the paid services available on the website Ecolizo.com (hereinafter the "Website").
The complete legal information and contact details of DaDrH SRL are accessible on the Website.
For the terms of use of the Website and free services, please consult the General Terms of Use (GTU).
For the general conditions relating to the sale of products, please consult the General Terms of Sale (GTS).
DaDrH SRL may modify these GTS at any time, subject to informing Subscribers at least 30 days before they come into force. Any Subscriber refusing the modifications may cancel their Subscription within this period.
2. Definitions
The terms below are defined as follows:
- Subscriber: Any adult natural person (18 years of age or older) subscribing to a Subscription with DaDrH SRL for personal use.
- Subscription: Contract allowing the Subscriber to access the Specific Services, including in particular the receipt of one digital book per month.
- Account: Profile created by the Subscriber on the Website, accessible via a username and password.
- Personal Data: Personal information collected and processed by DaDrH SRL in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Specific Services: All features and benefits reserved for Subscribers (details in section 4).
- Press Kiosk: Access to a digital platform offering a catalogue of magazines and novels, through a partnership with YouScribe.
- Website: The website operated by DaDrH SRL.
- DaDrH SRL: The company operating the Website, registered under BE1020.028.442, with its registered office at Rue Joseph Bertaux 4, 6040 Jumet, Belgium.
3. Description of the Subscription and Specific Services
The Subscription gives access to the Specific Services, available exclusively through the Subscriber's Account, subject to payment.
The Specific Services include:
- Unlimited access to the Press Kiosk (regularly updated catalogue).
- Discounts of up to 50% on products in the store.
- Free delivery on all products.
The details of the Specific Services can be consulted in the Account member area.
The Subscriber receives their login credentials by email upon confirmation of the subscription. Services are exclusively digital; no physical book is provided.
The Subscriber may cancel their Subscription at any time from their Account (see section 5).
4. Subscription process
4.1. Account creation
The Subscriber must create an Account by providing accurate information, including a valid email address.
- Only one Account is permitted per person.
- Any changes to personal information must be updated via the Account.
- The Subscriber is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their login credentials.
4.2. Order process
To subscribe:
- Log in to the Website and access the "Subscription" section.
- Accept the GTS by ticking the corresponding box.
- Proceed to payment by credit card.
The subscription is effective after payment confirmation.
4.3. Confirmation
DaDrH SRL sends a confirmation by email upon validation of the Subscription.
5. Duration and cancellation of the Subscription
The Subscription is valid for a period of 30 days and is tacitly renewed each month.
To cancel:
- Submit the request via the contact form on the Website or by email (contact@Ecolizo.com).
- Requests received before the 15th of the current month will be taken into account for that month.
- Requests received after this date will take effect the following month.
If a payment is made before receipt of the request, the Subscription remains active until the end of the current month.
6. Early termination and Account deactivation
DaDrH SRL may suspend or terminate a Subscription in cases of non-compliance with the GTS, fraud or non-payment.
In such cases, the Subscriber's Account may be deactivated without entitlement to compensation.
7. Prices and payment
The price of the Subscription is indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes:
- Trial period: 3 days.
- Monthly subscription: €37.50.
Payment is exclusively accepted by credit card via a secure platform. DaDrH SRL does not retain any banking information.
Prices may be revised with 2 months' notice. The Subscriber may cancel if the new rates are not acceptable.
8. Access and delivery of services
The Specific Services are accessible immediately after payment validation, directly from the Subscriber's Account on the Website.
9. Right of withdrawal
The Subscriber has 30 days to exercise their right of withdrawal by sending the withdrawal form (see Annex 2).
If this right is exercised, DaDrH SRL suspends access to the Specific Services and refunds the Subscription within 14 days.
If the Subscriber has requested immediate activation of services, a pro-rata amount will be charged for the period used.
10. Personal data
The Subscriber's Personal Data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy accessible on the Website.

12. Miscellaneous provisions
12.1. Correspondence and proof
Exchanges are made primarily by email. Electronic data shall prevail between the parties.
12.2. Partial invalidity
If a clause of the GTS is declared invalid, the other clauses remain applicable.
12.3. Headings
Section headings are for guidance purposes only and do not limit the scope of the clauses.
13. Applicable law and dispute resolution
These GTS are subject to Belgian law.
In the event of a dispute:
- Seek an amicable solution with DaDrH SRL.
- If necessary, use a mediator or refer the matter to the competent courts.
Annexes
Annex 1: Right of withdrawal information
You have the right to withdraw from these General Terms of Service (GTS) without giving reasons within fourteen (14) days from the conclusion of the contract.
1.1 To exercise your right of withdrawal:

of your decision to withdraw by means of an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by post, an email or an online form). You may use the model withdrawal form set out in Annex 2, but this is not obligatory.
If you use this option (via form or email), we will send you without delay an acknowledgement of receipt of your request on a durable medium (for example, by email).
1.2 To meet the withdrawal deadline:
It is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the fourteen (14) day period.
1.3 Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from a specific delivery method chosen by you, other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the performance of services begins during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.
