Return and refund policy
1. RETURNS
The Seller's return policy, for products sold through our website (hereinafter, the "Seller"), lasts 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since the receipt of your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund and you are no longer entitled to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item from your order must be in the same condition in which you received it, never worn or used, with its tags and in its original packaging. You will also be required to provide proof of purchase (such as a copy of the receipt) for the item you wish to return.

If your return request is accepted by the Seller, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Items returned without a prior return request within the indicated timeframe will not be accepted.

2. DAMAGED ITEMS AND ISSUES WITH YOUR ORDER
You must inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the delivered item is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered.
This will allow us to assess the problem and deploy our best efforts to resolve it as quickly as possible.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
As an exception to section 1 above, certain types of items cannot be returned.
The following items are not eligible for return and therefore not eligible for a refund:
Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants);
Personalised products (such as special orders or custom-made items);
eBooks / digital books;
Personal care items (such as beauty products).
Hazardous materials, liquids, gases, or flammable products.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your specific item.
Finally, sale items (if applicable) and gift cards are also not eligible for return.
4. REFUNDS
If the Seller approves your refund request, you will automatically be reimbursed the price paid for the returned item(s) to the same account linked to your original payment method.
Please note that the processing of this refund by banks and various payment organisations is subject to their own timelines, which we are not in a position to control.
Satisfied or refunded
Our policy is simple: if you are not satisfied, you will be refunded.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to return your items, providing the following information:
- Your first and last name.
- The email address used when placing the order.
- The order number indicated in the confirmation email.
No justification or reason will be required to process the refund.
We will refund you the full amount paid to the card used at the time of purchase, within 7 days of receipt of your request and the returned items.
Return shipping costs:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, they are fully covered by us when the product is defective, damaged upon receipt, non-compliant with the order, or in the event of an error on our part.
